What Happens After You Get In Touch
Tell us what you want poured and where. A driveway replacement, a concrete patio off the back door, a sidewalk that has heaved, a slab for a shop: each one gets a walkthrough on site before we quote anything. We measure the area, look at how water moves across it, check what the old concrete is sitting on, and talk through thickness, reinforcement and finish. Stamped and colored concrete take a longer conversation than most, because the pattern and the color get settled before the pour, not after.
What we go over while we are standing there:
- The square footage and shape of the pour, measured on site rather than taken off a sketch.
- Subgrade condition, and whether the old slab comes out or a new one goes over it.
- Where the water goes: slope, downspouts, the low spots that hold after rain.
- Reinforcement and jointing: rebar or wire mesh, and where the control cuts land.
- Finish: broom, exposed aggregate, stamped, colored.
You get a written estimate after that, broken out by area and finish, so you can see what a wider concrete driveway or another run of sidewalk adds before you decide.
